Basically I'm sick and tired of having an LJ name, an email address, etc. that do not reflect my current interests. So I'mma change 'em. Now.

And no Adam, nothing you say will make me change my mind. Sorry dude.

I'll begin the process of creating new accounts, re-friending everyone, etc. in a bit.

So...from now on, consider this account deadxorz.

Ooh, so, last night, I went to my sisters' choir concert, and it was Disney-themed. So now I want to

a) Buy every single Disney soundtrack ever

b) Go back to Disneyland

Oh yes, and we moved! And I have my Internets back. *hugs Internets*

Yeah...that's all I had to say.

So yesterday, we were pulling into the parking spot coming home from church, and there was this huge grasshopper on the windshield. My sister and I got out to look at it. She poked it with a leaf; I tried to pick it up. It jumped on my face. It was pretty cool. Then it jumped toward my sister. She screamed and her gum flew out of her mouth.

Life is good.

That's 'asposed to be the sound of when you push the button on a two-way or something like that. You know?

So far and away, see the bird as it flies by
Gliding through the shadows of the clouds up in the sky
I've laid my memories and dreams upon those wings
Leave them now and see what tomorrow brings

No I didn't write it! Stop saying words! D<

Oh yeah, last night, I had a weeeeird dream that I was a nymph! I had mint green skin and light pink hair! And I could breathe underwater and stuff. And I was looking for a boy nymph who I was supposed to marry, and he had mint green skin and light purple hair, and I found him, and we went to a stake dance.

Even though I'm too old for those.

*open mouth, insert keyboard*

Come to Granada Hills with meeeeeeeeeeee. D: We have cream puffs! At least I wish we did.

This is the part where I quote song lyrics. >D

I want to go to the candy store in the mall and buy those little tiny jawbreakers. You know, the ones that are like 1/8 in. in diameter and they're not even jawbreakers because they're chewable?

Those are good.

white waves and sounds of the shami drifted by the ocean winds

deeply flowing, coloring the night sky the beauty of the stars of the heavens

I need this sooooooooooooooooooooong. *dies*

To valentine or not to valentine, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous breakups,
Or to take arms against a sea of loneliness,
And by opposing end it?

- William Shakespeare, with a little help from Yours Truly

And with that I bid you all adieu! and good night! and don't forget to come to my concert on the 32nd! BRING YOUR TENT!!

Ages ago, the world was filled with light and knowledge, and magic flowed freely through everything and everyone. The three races-Humans, Fairies, and Elves-lived in utmost peace and harmony. The Humans were strong and hearty. The Fairies were elegant and artistic. And the Elves were the overseers of the world, regal and kindly, guardians of the magic force.

However, several Elves began using their power in a dominating manner. They used magic for cruel and selfish purposes, and they passed these evil intents down to their children and their children's children. Their hearts became so twisted that eventually their bodies came to look different than the other Elves. They had become a separate race, the Dark Elves.

One fateful day, the unthinkable happened. The Dark Elves attacked the capital of the Elven Kingdom. The Elves had never had to use magic for violent means and hoped they never would, but the Humans and Fairies rallied to save their peaceful neighbors, and the ensuing battle would go down in history.

Although the Dark Elves' magic was strong and fierce, the courage and valor of the other three races won out. But this victory was not without a loss. The order of the world had been drastically altered, and nothing could set it right again.

Saddened by this turn of events, the Elves bestowed upon the Dark Elves the ultimate punishment--the sealing away of their ability to use magic, rendering them powerless. Now the Dark Elves were cursed to wander the world and survive as best they could, looked down on, despised, and pitied by the other races for what they had done and what they had become.

The Elves also restricted the flow of magic in the world so that the tragedy of the Dark Elves would not be repeated with Humans or Fairies. No longer was magic a resource that could be used freely. Now it was a skill, to be taught and practiced. In this manner, it would be far harder for those with unrighteous motives to gain a significant amount of power.

After they had done all this, the grief-stricken Elves departed to lands unknown without so much as a hint as to where they were going or if they would return. The Humans and Fairies searched every tome of knowledge they posessed for any information whatsoever on where the Elves could possibly be, but it was all in vain, for they appeared to have vanished off the very face of the planet.

After this, the world fell into a twilight era. The light of the past was gone, but the inhabitants of the world would not allow themselves to fall into darkness. The loss of the Elves and their advanced magic was mourned, but the people learned to make do as best they could without it. Over the years, the Elves became naught but a distant memory, and magic became more and more of an amateur hobby, being replaced slowly with growing amounts of technology.

As for the Dark Elves, eventually this now-benign race was accepted into society, and their name stuck simply as a convention of the past. They remained, for the most part, a withdrawn and reclusive race, preferring to work alone, although the Humans' and Fairies' animosity towards them had long since faded.

Now, though, change is in the air. For the first time in over one thousand years, a Dark Elf has discovered that he has the ability to use magic. Could he be the key to bringing back the Elves and restoring the order of the world...or will unscrupulous individuals of his own race use him to instigate a second revolution?

Libro Shiamyn - A librarian in the Fairy Castle's library, and best friend/adventuring companion to Zeffir Windstrike. He also happens to be a Dark Elf, although no-one could possibly be less deserving of the name. Libro is kind, gentle, quiet, and pure of heart, and wouldn't hurt a fly despite his tall and muscular physique. He is utterly devoted to his older stepsister Amy, whose Human mother married his Dark Elf father. Libro's life takes a wild turn when he discovers that he can use magic, and he, Amy, and Zeffir must unravel the mystery behind his condition, and eventually behind the restoration of the entire world order, while evading the clutches of a rogue band of Dark Elves who want to gain back the power that they feel was unfairly taken from their race long ago.

Zeffir Windstrike - The Crown Prince of the Fairy Kingdom, located on Fairy Island. Heir to the enchanted sword Kazenata, a weapon imbued with wind magic that was a gift from the Elves to his ancestors. Although he is stubborn, loudmouthed, and just a touch disgruntled that he was born with the pansy title of "Fairy Prince", he is an excellent swordman and completely loyal to any cause he sets his mind to. His best friend is Libro, and they've enjoyed exploring the island since they were young. It's during one of these explorations that they discover Libro's ability to use magic, and Zeffir soon finds himself protecting his friend on their quest to restore the world and possibly bring back the Elves.

Amy Kirsth-Shiamyn - Libro's stepsister. Although she is in her final year of magic school, she is also trained in swordplay, and thus offers valuable skills in both areas of combat, should the need arise. Amy is sensible and quick-witted, and often serves to counteract Zeffir's hardheadedness. The two argue often, but must work together to protect and help Libro. Although she is honest and steadfast, she often laments the fact that she was born into poverty and yearns for the finer things in life, including marriage into a wealthy family.
